Subscription of Stapled Securities in CDL Hospitality Trusts
As at 31 December 2014, 980,284,978 Stapled Securities were issued. On 12 January 2015, 368,029 Stapled Securities were
issued to the H-REIT Manager as payment of the Acquisition Fee for the acquisition of the Japan Hotels. On 28 January
2015, 1,579,075 Stapled Securities were issued to the H-REIT Manager as payment of 80.0 percent of management fees
for the period from 1 October 2014 to 31 December 2014.
