19 H-REIT MANAGER’S FEES
Included in the H-REIT Manager’s fees is an aggregate of 6,462,785 (2013: 5,726,864) Stapled Securities, amounting
to approximately $10,917,000 (2013: $9,924,000), that have been or will be issued to the H-REIT Manager as
satisfaction of the H-REIT Manager’s management fees payable in Stapled Securities and acquisition fee in relation
to the Japan Hotels, at unit prices ranging from $1.6248 to $1.7357 (2013: $$1.5886 to $2.0561) per Stapled Security.
