CDL Hospitality Trusts ("
CDLHT
")
is one of Asia’s leading hospitality
trusts with assets valued at S$2.4
billion. It owns 15 hotels in Singapore,
Australia, New Zealand, Japan and
United Kingdom, two resorts in
Maldives, as well as a retail mall in
Singapore. The substantial value of its
assets are situated in central locations
within Singapore. All the hotels are
well located within key cities while the
two resorts are located in Maldives, a
top-tier destination for luxury tourism.
The properties comprise a total of
4,912 rooms and are operated by
master lessees and hotel managers,
which include reputable and/or
international hotel chains such as
Millennium Hotels and Resorts,
AccorHotels, Hotel MyStays, Hilton
Hotels and Resorts, Banyan Tree
Hotels & Resorts, Jumeirah Resorts &
Hotels.
CDLHT is a stapled group comprising
CDLHospitality Real Estate Investment
Trust ("
H-REIT
"), the first hotel real
estate investment trust in Singapore,
and CDL Hospitality Business Trust
("
HBT
"), a business trust. CDLHT was
listed on the Main Board of Singapore
Exchange Securities Trading Limited
on 19 July 2006 and has a market
capitalisation of approximately S$1.3
billion as at 31 December 2016.
