Companies Act, Chapter 50, to have an interest in the 345,813,429 Stapled Securities held by companies in which they are entitled to exercise or control
the exercise of not less than 20% of the votes attached to the Stapled Securities thereof.

no less than 64% of the Stapled Securities in CDL Hospitality Trusts is held by the public and accordingly, Rule
723 of the Listing Manual of Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited has been complied with.
