Subscription of Stapled Securities in CDL Hospitality Trusts
As at 31 December 2012, 968,738,653 Stapled Securities were issued. On 29 January 2013, 1,303,781 Stapled
Securities were issued to the H-REIT Manager as payment of 80% of management fees for the period from
1 October 2012 to 31 December 2012.
