Acceptance of Provisional Allocation of New Stapled Securities offered under Preferential Offering by Hospitality Holdings Pte. Ltd. ("HHPL"), M&C REIT Management Limited ("M&C REIT") and Millennium Securities Pte Ltd ("MSPL").
