It was the joint winner of the prestigious Shareholder Communications Excellence Award (REITs & Business Trusts Category) at the Securities Investors Association (Singapore) (“SIAS”) Investors’ Choice Awards 2025. In the 2025 Singapore Governance and Transparency Index (SGTI), CDLHT was placed 10th in the REIT and Business Trust category.
