Properties
As at 31 December 2012, CDLHT owns seven assets in Singapore, fve assets in Australia and one asset in NewZealand.
On 31 January 2013, CDLHT completed the acquisition of Angsana Velavaru, adding one asset in the Maldives. All the
properties, with the exception of Orchard Hotel Shopping Arcade, have been leased to various operators as master
lessees on long-term leases. Orchard Hotel Shopping Arcade is leased directly to tenants by H-REIT.
