CDL Hospitality Trusts (“CDLHT”) is one of Asia’s leading hospitality trusts
with a current asset size of S$2.0 billion. It owns 12 hotels and a shopping
centre that are well-located in key gateway cities in Singapore, Australia
and New Zealand comprising a total of 4,305 rooms operated by master
lessees (subsidiaries of Millennium & Copthorne Hotels plc, Accor S.A.
and Rendezvous Hotels International Private Limited).
CDLHT is a stapledgroup comprisingCDLHospitality Real Estate Investment
Trust (“H-REIT”), a real estate investment trust, andCDL Hospitality Business
Trust (“HBT”), a business trust. CDLHT was listed on the Main Board of
Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (“SGX-ST”) on 19 July
2006 and has a market capitalisation of approximately S$1.5 billion as at
31 December 2011.
